Tutor Ledger Offline

Tutor Ledger Offline is a single index.html file for private tutors who teach 5 to 15 students a week from home. Open it in a browser, with no sign-up and no installation. Add students with an hourly rate, log each lesson with a date, minutes and an optional topic, and mark lessons paid as money arrives. The student table shows lesson count, total hours and unpaid balance. The invoice sheet lists one student's unpaid lessons with a total, which you can print or save as PDF from your browser. Export CSV gives you a plain spreadsheet file for backup or your own records. Limits: data is stored only in this browser on this device, so clearing site data, switching browsers or switching devices loses it unless you export a CSV first. There is no sync, no reminders, no payment processing and no multi-user access. Each lesson keeps the rate it was logged at. This is a record-keeping sheet, not tax, legal or financial advice. It was created with AI assistance.
