Scope Sheet is a single HTML file you open in any browser. Enter your name, the client, project title, background, scope, out-of-scope items, deliverables, timeline phases, fee lines and payment terms, then build a one-page proposal preview and print it or save it as PDF. Pick US/UK (1,234.56) or European (1.234,56) number format for fee amounts. The fee total sums only amounts it can read in that format. Any line whose amount is missing or unreadable is listed under the total as not included, so a wrong total is not hidden. Compared with a blank Word or Google Docs proposal, the tool gives you the same sections in the same order every time, computes the fee total for you, and warns about unreadable amounts. It does not provide branded or designed templates, and it does not write proposal wording. It needs no account, no internet connection and no installation. Drafts are saved only in this browser's local storage. Long proposals may run onto more than one printed page, and print layout has not been tested in every browser, so check the preview before printing.
