Pitchside Ledger
Subs, kit and fixtures for one youth team, in one offline HTML file.
Pitchside Ledger is a single offline web page for the volunteer manager of one youth team of about 8 to 16 players. Add your players, then record subs paid per fee period, kit issued per player, and a fixtures list with optional results, all in one place. A summary shows how many players have paid each fee, with the amount collected and outstanding. Export a backup file and reload it later. It needs no account, no sign-up, no upload and no internet connection. Your data is saved only in the browser on the device you use, so clearing browser data or switching devices will lose it unless you export a backup. It does not send reminders, take payments, message parents or calculate tax. It is an original tool made with AI assistance and is not affiliated with any sports body or other app.
