Jar and Tin Cut-File Maker
Millimetre-sized SVG labels for jar sides and tin lids, generated from your own measurements.
A small stdlib-only Python 3 script that writes cut-ready SVG labels sized to the millimetre for the jar or tin you measure. Wrap mode makes a rounded-corner jar-side label whose width is the container's diameter times pi, plus a seam overlap you set. Disc mode makes a round lid label at your measured diameter. Each label is an SVG in mm units with a magenta hairline cut path, and you can add optional centred text. It runs offline, bundles no fonts or artwork, and includes unit tests. Limits: you measure the container yourself, it outputs one label rather than a sheet layout, it does not check whether the label fits your cutter or sheet, it does not compensate for material shrink or expansion, and you should confirm your cutter software imports the SVG at 1:1 scale.
