Café Weekly Rota Builder
Plan one week of shifts for six people in a single offline page, then print it on A4.
A single offline HTML file for café managers who schedule a six-person team each week. Open it in any modern browser, with no account, install or internet connection. Enter team names, pick the week's start date, and set your shift lengths and a weekly hours cap per person. Choose Open, Mid, Close or Off for each day. Totals turn red when someone passes the cap, and a coverage row shows how many people are on each shift each day. Change the accent colour and font, then print one A4 weekly rota or save it in this browser. Limits: hours are estimated from the shift lengths you enter. Break rules and employment law are not checked. Saved data stays on that device, with no sync or sharing.
